Southwestern Fondue

This is just about the best way I could ever think of to eat raw vegetables. We get together with the Petersons and Durlings 3-4 times a year to enjoy food, company, and the development of our children's relationships. Last night we met sans kids, and it was the tastiest evening yet. Mmmmm cheese, followed by mmmmm chocolate. Unfortunately I don't have the chocolate fondue recipe, it had a hint of coconut though, and was amazing. This meal will fit into our monthly favorites.

1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese (grated)
1/2 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
12 ounces Chicken Broth
1 clove Garlic (minced)
3/4 cup Salsa Verde

Toss the cheese, flour, chili powder, and cumin till the cheese is coated. Put the cheese mixture and all the other ingredients in a heavy bottomed pot, and heat over medium till melty and delicious. Enjoy with bite sized broccoli, cauliflower, carrot ts, apples, bread and pre-cooked meatballs.
