This is the first loaf of bread I've purchased in 2008. I love my hand made with love bread, and I love the fresh bread smell that permeates for at least 2 days afterward. I don't love the oven heating up the house and the air conditioner breaking on the same day and having to sleep in an 85 degree house in my skivvies. So I think I'll buy bread for the summer thank you.

One of my biggest complaints about where we live now is that there isn't any good bread! No bakery's with yummy bread!! The bread you pictured was my favorite up in SLC.
I really should teach myself how to bake my own then. Maybe when it starts to cool off in the fall, you will do a whole post about your baking bread?
